You can cancel your order before it is prepared for shipping.

Confirmation and changes to order details

Once an order has been placed, the delivery address cannot be changed, so you will need to cancel the order and place a new order.

If you want to add products after your order has been confirmed

You cannot add items to a confirmed order. Also, multiple orders cannot be combined. If you would like to add an item, please check the availability and place a separate order. Please note that even if you order items at the same time, they may be shipped separately.
