Product Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing a YOLER product. YOLER strives to improve the quality of our products so that our customers can use them with peace of mind. However, in the unlikely event that a product malfunction occurs due to a problem with a component or product, we will replace the product free of charge for one year from the date of delivery in accordance with the warranty period and regulations indicated in this warranty.

Warranty Policy

1. The period for handling initial defects is one month from the date of arrival , and the product warranty period is one year from the date of delivery .

2. During the warranty period, we will replace the product if there is damage or a product defect caused by normal use, or if the product delivered is defective.

3. Please note that the following cases will not be covered by the free warranty even if the product is within the warranty period.

① If the warranty card is not posted

② If the warnings and precautions in the instruction manual are violated.

3) Damage or product defects caused by modifications or repairs made by parties other than our company

4) Natural deterioration or wear and tear (surface scratches, discoloration, deformation, etc.)

5) Damage or product defects caused by external factors such as disasters (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.)

4. We are not responsible for any damage or malfunction of this product, or damage to other products caused by its use.

This warranty policy may be changed without notice. The latest warranty policy will apply to the product warranty.
